지금은 커서 AI 를 써서 개발을 해왔는데, 코딩 성능이 최상위권이라는 요즘 핫한 클로드 코드도 한 번 써보자.

Claude account with subscription 를 선택했더니 10~20 달러 가량의 유료 버전인 Max 혹은 Pro 를 사용하라고 한다. 그래서 Anthropic Console account 로 선택했다. 이건 일단 5달러가 결제된다. 차후에 Max 나 Pro 를 사용할지는 써보고 사용량과 요금 봐서 결정하자.

추천 설정을 할거냐 마느냐 묻는다. 일단 한다. 이 다음에 설치를 위해 로컬 디렉토리를 신뢰해도 되냐는 물음이 나오는데, Trust 한다고 선택한다.

끝난 모양인데 아무것도 표시가 안되길래 로그인을 다시 해보았더니, 아래와 같이 질문을 할 수 있는 창이 뜨도록 바뀌어 있었다. claude 커맨드를 실행하면 이렇게 뜬다.

VS Code 에 Extension 설치

VS Code 를 재시작하면 Claude Code 창이 새로 생기게 된다. 여기서 열어서 Claude 명령어를 사용할 수 있다. Cursor AI 와 달리 터미널 기반이다.
